But first, you need to send us the details...
1) Download the Seller Information below. Print it out and complete it. The form is in .pdf format. ---> If you do not have a pdf viewer, go to Adobe Acrobat Reader to download your free copy. 2) Along with the Seller Information sheet, please send copies of these documents (if available): A) Sale agreement 3) Attach a cover page with the name of the business and your contact information. Fax everything to the number found on the form or the web site. (If your documents are in .pdf or .tif formats, you may email everything to us.) 4) The review process takes a few days, so be patient. 5) If everything is satisfactory, you will receive a quotation. If the quotation is acceptable to you, sign and return it. We will then send you a document checklist and additional forms to complete. 6) After we receive all the requested documents, the underwriting takes approximately three weeks.
